These terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply to nobeliainterior.com, which is owned and operated by Nobelia Hem & Interiör AB. The terms and conditions of purchase are based on Swedish law and applicable parts that apply exclusively to the European Union. These apply to all purchases and orders made by customers residing in the European Union.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, so please check them regularly. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
Please note that we do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 without the written consent of a legal guardian.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
Prices
All prices are quoted including VAT. Prices are quoted in Euros, but are converted to other currencies, which is why small fluctuations may occur. The exchange rate used is always the rate at the time of the transaction.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments and reserve ourselves for any printing errors and final sales. Offers and sale prices are valid while stocks last.
Payment
Payments to and from us by credit or debit card are made via Stripe, which provides a very safe and secure payment platform. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest possible certificate for parties that handle credit card information. Stripe is one of the largest and most reputable companies in the world in this area. The payment options we offer are Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Paypal.
Product information
We reserve the right to make inaccuracies regarding product information on the website due to printing errors or technical errors. Product images on the website are not always an exact representation of the actual product and may sometimes differ from reality due to image quality and monitor settings.
Made-to-order items
Items that are not in stock are ordered as soon as an order is received. Please note that there is no open purchase or right of exchange on made-to-order items.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify a credit card, place an order, handle a delivery, or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting and using the information for this purpose.

DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery time
Your order is normally shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. This is subject to stock availability and potential delivery delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas, during sales and promotions, or vacation periods, the delivery time may be longer.
If a product is out of stock and will not be restocked, this will be communicated via email. The product will then be removed from the order and the remaining products will be shipped. If only one product was ordered, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping Options
We use Schenker, DHL, and Postnord. Always check that the package is undamaged upon receipt.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs start at €8.50 for orders up to €79. The delivery is free for orders over €80.
Unclaimed Packages
For unclaimed packages, a fee of €25 is charged to cover our shipping and handling costs. If you change your mind about your purchase, you must always pick up your package before returning it. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal under distance and home sales law.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
14-day return policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. For a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and packed in its original packaging. It is allowed to open the packaging and inspect the item in a way that does not damage the product or its packaging.
In case of an incomplete return or if the original packaging is missing or damaged Nobelia reserves the right to charge a replacement fee of cost price.
The 14-day return policy does not apply to custom orders or business purchases. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Nobelia Interiör covers the shipping cost for returns.
Complaints
Complaints should be reported as soon as possible after discovering a defect, but no later than one (1) month from receiving the item.
For swift handling of a complaint, contact us at info@nobelia.se . Include “Complaint” and your order number in the subject line. Also attach photographic evidence clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is approved, Nobelia will cover all costs associated with the return, including shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days but no later than 30 days after receiving and approving your return.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
